Thanks for the nice comments Susan…I just ran across your post this morning. Though your post is 18 months old now, what you’ve said is still true and I think even more-so. Magdalena is busy daily pulling out favorite recipes from Poland (and elsewhere) and adding her unique touch to delight her guests. She had a man in tears yesterday as the apple strudel she served him took him back to his grandmother’s kitchen a lifetime and a world away. Introduce yourself to Magda sometime – she loves to meet new people and it’s great to hear when someone really appreciates what she does.
